Welcome to Classical Martial Arts! Our school was established in Allison Park, PA in 2014 and our facility is over 2,400 square feet! We are home to students and members of all ages and ranging in skill levels from beginners to advanced members with over 20+ years of martial arts training. 

Since our establishment it has been our goal not only to teach traditional martial arts but also traditional values and personal development skills that our members can incorporate into their daily lives. We also strive to teach under the guidance of positive reinforcement and do so in what we believe to be a family atmosphere. We do not think of our school as only a place to learn, but as a place to live and build new friendships and relationships.

Classical Martial Arts is a proud member-school of the Zen Bei Butoku Kai International and we represent their Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania branch. We specialize in traditional Japanese Karate and Kobudo (martial arts weaponry). Specifically we study Shorinji-Ryu Karate and Butoku Kai Kobudo. Classical Martial Arts also offers additional training in Japanese Jujitsu and Kodokan Judo. We believe our school to be unique not only in the type and quality of programs we offer, but also in our ability to cater to various interests and all ages.
